All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider and merchant of record.
2. Digital Products and Services
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted, a license key has been issued, or a subscription has been activated.
However, we aim to be fair and reasonable and may offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
3. Subscription Refunds
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation will stop future billing cycles
- Previously paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law
Access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. SaaS Credits and Usage-Based Products
For products that include usage-based credits (e.g. AI requests, queries, or similar):
- Unused credits are non-refundable
- Once credits are consumed, refunds are not possible
- Refunds will not be issued for partially used credit packages
5. Software Plugins and Licenses
For downloadable software, plugins, or license-based products:
- Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds may be denied if:
* the product has been downloaded and used extensively
* a license key has been activated and abused
* the request is made after the 14-day period
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
6. Exceptions and Legal Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are located in the European Union, you acknowledge that by purchasing digital content and requesting immediate access, you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered, where permitted by law.
7. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted via email and include:
- Order ID or transaction reference
- Email address used for purchase
- Reason for the refund request
